Most cocktails are for the eveninging, but there are certain drinks that are acceptable before noon.  This would be one of those drinks – it’s juice with alcohol!  So grab your cocktail shaker and make a British Atol with your cornflakes.

  • 2 ounces gin (Bombay Sapphire)
  • 2 ounces creme de bannana
  • 2 ounces orange juice

Combine over ice, shake, strain and serve into a martini glass.

Dave’s Thoughts:

  • Bananna first, orange juice second and a hint of gin.
  • No question this is a sweet concoction, perfeect substitute to juice with breakfast!
  • It’s surprising that this is made with gin, almost seems better suited to vodka – I’ll have to try that next time.

Tasting Notes:

  • Dave’s Rating: 6/10
  • Strength: 6/10
  • Sweetness: 9/10
  • Perfect addition to your next brunch.
